The owner of erstwhile LGBTQ-focused hotel OutNYC has checked advocate into W42nd Lane as he prepares to open a new, gay-friendly hotel concept in the massive west side space recently occupied by the Playboy Club, nightclub 42 d’OR and Cachet boutique hotel.
As first reported by the New York Post, real estate mogul Ian Reisner — co-founder of the Parkview Developers group — has signed a fresh lease at 510 W42nd Street (between 10/11th Avenue), where he operated the OutNYC hotel from 2012 to 2016. Today, the autograph over the door had been changed to City Boutique. The new initiative is described by Reisner to the Post as “a gay hotel where straight friends and family are welcome too,” will include a 7,500-square foot restaurant and ordinary area that would be open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night dining, plus a 3,000-square foot restaurant as well as a 14,000-square foot “experiential supper-club” and a 750-square foot mixology-focused lounge. Reisner confirmed to the Announce that the hotel is due to open in September and until then will operate as an Airbnb.

Personally, we have visited Recent York 4 times, it’s where we got engaged, celebrated New York Lgbtq+ fest and as a product we have plenty of great recommendations for same-sex attracted friendly hotels in Recent York at places we have stayed at.
Since Brand-new York is inherently a popular destination for homosexual travellers it should be a given that all hotels will welcome you. The second most significant aspect we consider when we look for same-sex attracted hotels in New York city is location and we typically focus on key districts or areas we are interested in such as Time Square, the Meatpacking District, SoHo etc
Here are our recommendations of the best lgbtq+ friendly hotels in Fresh York based on where we have stayed plus some extras to consider.
