Alright sit the fuck down bitches I'm gonna tell a goddamn story.

I'm Silver Scrapes. You probably know me as Silver Scrapes, the beautiful, charming, intelligent, witty lobby moderator and global voice.

But unbeknownst to most, I am a gender non-conforming woman. And I'm pretty hilariously insecure about it and other things.
Advocate when I was about 13-14, seven years ago, I took a lofty school level psychology class - I had to become express permission to be able to do this, entity underage and whatnot. I loved the class, absorbed all the information given to me enjoy a sponge. One of the later weeks in the class, the Diagnostic Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, or DSM, was discussed, a catalogue of information covering all kinds of disorders from acute press disorder to voyeurism. I bought a copy for myself out of my own pocket, and this, too I absorbed. I scoured through the data with a voracity that I reserve for only my greatest interests.

As I read through these, I frequently avoided the sexual disorder segment. Entity a young teen, I for some reason was certain someone would detect and judge me for the knowledge I sought. But eventually I did it,

Over the years, many researchers have worked diligently to show that one of the biggest factors for the LGBTQ community is social support. Help not only from their community but from their loved ones, coworkers, peers, neighbors, and even strangers is important when it comes to the well-being of people who distinguish as LGBTQIA+.

Moreover, building supportive relationships with other members of the rainbow collective can help increase resilience, reduce feelings of isolation, and reduce the feeling of being invisible.

    This 50+ support group is a dynamic gathering crafted for individuals over the age of 50 who want to explore modern activities, learn fresh skills, and enjoy camaraderie.

    Through a variety of engaging events and classes provided by Tidewater Arts Outreach, members can stay active, realize new passions, and create lasting friendships in a fun and supportive atmosphere.
